Survive. Connect. Rebuild.

A Program of the ATS

Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital

Carilion Clinic, located in the heart of Southwest Virginia, offers specialized care for the critically injured in the Roanoke Valley and the surrounding region. As one of only six Level 1 Trauma Centers in the state of Virginia, Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) is prepared to offer the highest level of specialized trauma and critical care to its communities. CRMH is also one of only three Level 1 Pediatric Trauma centers in the state and is therefore able to care for injured patients of all ages.

There are some injuries that are so severe, that no one physician or single group of physicians can care for – that is why we are prepared with the combined effort of our trauma surgery team and other specialist physicians to give immediate care to critical injuries.

We lead the way in both injury prevention and trauma outreach in our communities and are committed to robust research, quality improvement, and clinical training programs for our staff.

Every day we strive to live our mission of improving the health of the communities we serve!
