Trauma Survivor Network Support Group

July 12, September 13th, November 15th • 5-7pm

Support groups are free and met in-person to support survivors and their families of physical injury. Groups are co-led by TSN Trauma Professionals, TSN Peers, and our Social Work Team. Our goal is to help trauma patients and their families connect and rebuild their lives by enhancing survivor skills to manage day to day challenges. We hope to give families the tools they need to heal from their trauma. Registration required at http://sunrisehospital.com/calendar
