Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is an ACS-Verified Level II Trauma Center serving injured patients throughout northern and eastern Maine.  In addition to its primary service area in and around greater Bangor, EMMC regularly receives transfers from more than twenty community hospitals across a land mass greater than that of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts combined.

EMMC is part of the Maine EMS Trauma System and collaborates closely with dedicated trauma care facilities and providers across the region.  It is a proud affiliate of the American Trauma Society, and Maine's first member hospital in the Trauma Survivors' Network.
