Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center

Welcome to the Trauma Survivor Network at Bozeman Health. In alignment with our mission to improve community health and quality of life, we hope that you will find this to be a valuable resource as you heal after experiencing trauma.

 

Bozeman Health is an integrated health care delivery system serving an eleven-county region. As a nonprofit organization, governed by a volunteer community board of directors, we are the largest private employer in Gallatin County, with more than 2,600 employees, including 270 medical providers representing a broad spectrum of medical and surgical specialties. Bozeman Health operates two medical centers, Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center and Bozeman Health Big Sky Medical Center.

 

The main hospital campus, in Bozeman, is a Level III verified trauma center with 24-hour availability to the trauma team, anesthesia, OR, interventional radiology, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, lab and radiology departments. Big Sky Medical Center is a verified trauma receiving facility, prepared to assess, treat, stabilize or transport trauma patients.

 

Bozeman Health Trauma Service works diligently to review the trauma cases from Bozeman and Big Sky in order to improve care and provide injury prevention education to reduce the injury volume in our region.

 Our goal is that through the Trauma Survivor Network resources, that patients and families have access to continued support while healing and recovering.

Americans with Disabilities Act National Network

The ADA National Network provides information, guidance and training on how to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in order to support the mission of the ADA to “assure equality of opportunity, full participation, independent living, and economic self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities.” ADA specialists help families address complex questions on a wide range of ADA topics such as reasonable accommodations at work, building codes for new construction projects, accessible housing, and transitioning from school to work. ADA specialists also address questions about other disability laws, such as the Fair Housing Act, the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, and the Rehabilitation Act.
